Packout and contents storage.
When rooms have to be emptied for drying or rebuilding, your belongings need somewhere safe to go. We pack them out, move them to climate-controlled storage, and bring them back when the work is done.
What we do
- Pack furniture, belongings and documents from affected rooms.
- Separate what can be cleaned from what can't, with photos for your claim.
- Keep contents in climate-controlled storage during the work.
- Return contents once the rooms are finished.

Why pack out instead of working around my things?
Drying and rebuilding go faster and cleaner in an empty room, and your belongings stay out of the dust, moisture and foot traffic. It also keeps wet or smoke-damaged items from damaging the things that are still fine.
Where are my belongings stored?
In climate-controlled storage, so humidity and heat don't add to the damage while the house is being repaired. Ask at the inspection about storage and access for your job.
Is packout part of an insurance claim?
Whether your policy pays for it is between you and your insurance company, and we don't give coverage advice. What we do is document the contents and their condition with photos, so the information is there for your adjuster.
