Estimates are prepared after an in-person inspection and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A requested inspection time is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it with you. Insurance coverage, deductibles, and claim decisions are solely between you and your insurance carrier; we document damage and perform approved work. Work is performed under a written agreement.
