Should I get on the roof to check?
No. Wet or damaged roofs are dangerous, especially at night or in wind. Look from the ground, photograph what you can see, and put buckets and towels under any leaks inside. We'll inspect the roof safely and tarp it if it needs it.
Can you tarp my roof?
Yes. Tarping a damaged section is often the first step after a storm, because it stops more water coming in while the claim and the repairs get sorted out. Book an inspection online, or call if water is coming in now.
Do I need to file a claim for storm damage?
That's your decision with your insurance company. We can inspect for free first and tell you what we found, document it with photos, and meet your adjuster on site if you do file.
