Roof repair & leaks

Roof repair and leak repair.

Most leaks start small: a lifted shingle, failed flashing around a chimney or vent, or wind damage you can't see from the ground. A free inspection finds the source, and if a repair does the job, that's what we recommend.

What we do

  • Find the leak source, not just the wet spot on the ceiling.
  • Replace missing or damaged shingles.
  • Repair flashing around chimneys, vents and walls.
  • Tarp the roof if a full repair has to wait.
  • Dry and repair interior damage from the leak.

Questions

Roof repair & leaks: common questions

Repair or replace?

If the roof is in decent shape and the damage is limited, a repair usually makes sense. If it's near the end of its life or damaged across large areas, replacing it may cost less over time. You'll get the reasoning at the inspection, with photos.

How fast can I get an estimate?

The inspection is free, and same-day estimates are possible on many roof jobs. Pick an open two-hour window online, or call (404) 509-4192. If water is coming in right now, say so and it's flagged as urgent.

What should I do about a leak until you get here?

Put a bucket and towels under it, move valuables and electronics away, and take photos. If the ceiling is bulging, keep people out of the room. Don't go on the roof yourself, especially in rain or wind.
